I create individualized resilience-building plans for each athlete, taking into account their unique challenges, goals, and personal needs. These plans are tailored to address specific areas of improvement and are designed to support the athlete's overall development. Additionally, I continuously assess and adapt these plans to ensure they remain aligned with the athlete's progress and evolving circumstances, allowing for ongoing optimization and effectiveness.
